Last updated: March 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Maintenance Dispatch Router ("RPM", "Service", "we", "our") website, dashboard, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RPM provides a maintenance dispatch platform that connects property managers, tenants, and vendors. The Service includes AI-assisted triage of maintenance requests, SMS-based communication, automated vendor dispatch, and integrated payment processing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Ensure that any tenants or vendors you invite comply with applicable terms

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Property managers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable landlord-tenant and employment laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RPM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
